Musician, sailing and diving instructor, traveller, Massimo began as a Marketing Manager for an advertising agency in the fashion system. Then he worked in all sectors of the textile and clothing industry, i.e. knitwear, leather, fabrics and accessories, firstly as a Sales and Brand Manager and later as a Sales and Marketing Director for brands such as Blue Deep, Ethic, Piccimorra, Trust Toilet, Marco de Vincenzo, Braccialini Unique.
He launched many brands, for example DUB, PICCIMORRA and BACK IN BAG.
He is Sales and Brand Management consultant for start-up companies or for Made in Italy niche brands in need of a relaunch.
